My husband and his friends love to golf. It is something they have done for years. Often times they will get together to go on golf outings out of town. They have visited several different places and always seem to have a great times. Recently, they mentioned they were due for another golf trip and were talking about where they wanted to go. My husband and his friends talked about a few different places they had never been to. One of them was Edmonton golf courses. They said there were a few in the area and wanted to plan a trip there.
My husband looked up Edmonton golf courses on his phone and found several that were in the area. He showed his friends what he found. Another friend of his looked at the hotels available and what they would cost for a weekend trip. They didn’t care how nice the hotel was because they would be golfing through the day and out at restaurants at night.
They found a great deal on a hotel room so they booked that and made plans to play golf at a few different golf courses. They sounded like little kids planning a trip and I knew they were going to have a great time. They got all their plans in order and planned on going a few weeks later.
Since my husband was going to be going out of town, I made plans to do things around the house during that time. Working full-time has made me get behind on a good bit of things around my home such as cleaning and organizing my house.
The time came for their trip and my husband packed his things and got ready to leave. It’s a good thing I was there because he almost forgot his golf clubs. I told him what I had planned on doing the whole weekend and told him to have a great time.
For 2 days I got my house back in order and cleaned up. It was basic and easy work that needed to be done, but I was able to do it without any interruptions. I was happy I had the weekend to clean. It was the first thing my husband noticed when he got home from golfing. He said they had a great time and want to go back soon.
